Khula Aashiana is the app Maharashtra flat owners and tenants open to see their society's money and pay their dues. Partners appear in clearly labelled places, with offers residents choose to take up. Their trust is the reason this works, so the rules below are fixed.

How residents stay in control

Every placement is labelled “Partner”.
You receive a resident's name, flat, email and phone only when that resident taps “I'm interested” and agrees, for your offer only. They can withdraw at any time, and you must then stop using their details.
No targeting by dues, payments or anything in a society's books. Offers are matched only by city, society and category.
No tracking pixels, cookies or images from partners inside the app.
Each society's committee can switch partner offers off or block categories.

Anyone who sells to housing societies themselves: security, housekeeping, facility management, lift maintenance, auditors, accountants, lawyers, contractors, project consultants and developers

A partner is never shown in a society it supplies. Khula Aashiana exists to let members check how their society spends money, so we will not take money from the businesses the society pays.

The partners shown in our demo are fictional samples. Every partner agreement is in writing, every offer is reviewed before it goes live, and partner fees are invoiced with GST. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
